These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mostbet platform, including the website mostbet-nepal-np.com and all associated mobile applications, services, and features. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform. In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below: "Account" means your personal user account registered on the platform; "Operator" means Mostbet, the licensed entity operating this service; "Bet" means any wager placed through your Account; "Bonus" means any promotional credit or free bet offered by the Operator; "Deposit" means funds transferred to your Account; "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from your Account to your registered payment method; "Wagering Requirement" means the amount you must bet before withdrawing bonus funds; "Dormant Account" means an Account with no activity for 12 months or more.

You may register an Account only if you are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, are not located in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited, and are not an employee, affiliate, or contractor of Mostbet or its parent company. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify Mostbet immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected fraud. One Account per person, household, and IP address is permitted. Multiple Accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

To comply with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations, you must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. This process is detailed in our KYC Policy. Mostbet may request copies of your passport or national ID, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Failure to provide accurate documentation may result in account suspension. Mostbet accepts deposits via eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Cellpay, iCash, Prabhupay, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, BTC, and ETH. The Operator charges no deposit fees. Deposits are processed instantly. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. You may withdraw funds to the original payment method used for deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. The Operator charges no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are subject to verification of your identity and account status. You must have wagered your deposit amount at least once before withdrawing; pass-through deposits without betting activity may be refused.

An Account is considered dormant if no activity occurs for 12 consecutive months. Mostbet may impose a dormancy fee of approximately NPR 500 per month on dormant Accounts, deducted from your balance. If your balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, your Account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and placing a bet. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon request, provided your Account is in good standing.

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

Mostbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon suspension, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to place new bets. If you have violated these Terms, Mostbet may confiscate your winnings and/or balance. The Operator will provide notice of suspension via email, but is not obligated to do so before taking action. You may appeal a suspension by contacting [email protected] within 30 days.

Bonuses are subject to separate terms and conditions. All promotional offers, free bets, and bonus credits are governed by our Bonus Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Bonuses are valid for 30 days from issue. You must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before withdrawing bonus funds. Mostbet may withdraw or cancel a bonus at any time if you breach these Terms or the Bonus Terms.

Bets placed as a result of obvious errors, system malfunctions, or technical glitches are void and will be refunded. Examples include bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, bets accepted after an event has concluded, or bets placed during a service outage. Mostbet will investigate any claim of error and determine whether a refund is warranted. If a technical issue prevents you from withdrawing funds or accessing your Account, you must report it to support immediately. Mostbet will not be liable for losses incurred due to your failure to report a technical issue promptly.

Mostbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your betting, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, and cool-off periods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mostbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Mostbet's total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount of your deposits during that period. Mostbet is not responsible for losses due to your own negligence, unauthorized access to your Account, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the Mostbet platform, including the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Mostbet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of Mostbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, under which Mostbet holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to this governing law and jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
